"I can handle it."
How many times a day do you tell yourself that?
I chose not to over-edit this because I want to share this message with exactly who needed to hear it—unfiltered and straight to the point.
Fierce independence is a point of pride, but it can also become a lonely cage when you are navigating career burnout or toxic relationship cycles. You don't have to do it all by yourself.
Let me be the person in your corner. Book a consultation via the link in my profile.

Welcome
Whether you are navigating a toxic relationship loop or hitting a wall of profound professional burnout in your career, I am so glad you are doing thing by looking for support today.
You have sacrificed your personal boundaries, your physical health, and your peace of mind—leaving you with persistent anxiety, chronic stress, and deep physical depletion. You find yourself facing an existential crossroads, wondering: Who am I outside of what I perform, fix, or produce?
You don't have to carry the heavy lifting anymore.
I am a licensed Holistic Psychotherapist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with a decade of clinical experience in acute psychiatric care. Specialized in evidence-based trauma therapy, codependency recovery, and burnout recovery. My practice focuses on supporting those who love someone with a substance use disorder or behavioral addictions, workplace and interpersonal burnout, and navigating life post-divorce. By helping you break free from exhausting over-functioning patterns and shift the focus back to your own well-being and emotional health, I offer a grounded, expert presence for individuals navigating heavy trauma, severe burnout, or complex life transitions.
As a graduate of Naropa University’s Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology program, my integrative, mindfulness-based counseling style beautifully weaves existential depth and Western clinical psychology with Eastern mindfulness and somatic psychotherapy practices.
Somatic Therapy & Qi Gong Interventions: How We Work Together
In my practice, we won't just analyze your patterns intellectually. We look squarely at the existential truths of your life and use cutting-edge somatic therapy alongside Qi Gong somatic interventions to actively:
Rewire your nervous system to release chronic, stored trauma and stress.
Move stagnant energy out of the body to restore your vital physical health.
Integrate healthy boundaries and heal from codependent relationship patterns.
Reclaim your personal autonomy, authentic voice, and emotional freedom.
My approach to holistic counseling is warmly collaborative, deeply grounded, and directly honest. As part of our somatic work, I offer Qi Gong—but this is an entirely optional tool. I deeply encourage you to listen to your body and honor your comfort level. You are never obligated to include somatic movement to work with me; your therapy will always adapt to what feels safe and aligned for you.
True healing requires a safe, authentic space. I am fully committed to providing an inclusive environment where all identities are welcome, including LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent communities.
