Intake session: $190/60 minutes

Session Rate: $175/50 minutes

Restore and Relax Group: $37. limit 5 per session

❋ Sliding Scale and EAP

I currently offer a limited number of sliding scale options. based on need. If you would like to work with me and want to be considered for this option, schedule a free consultation with me above!

I am also a provider for Mines & Associates.

Online Only: Saturday 12-5 pm & Tuesday 10 am- 7pm

In-person: Sunday 12-5 pm & Monday 10am – 7pm

❋ Cancelations policy

Meaningful progress towards goals requires commitment and consistency, so I ask that clients commit to weekly or biweekly sessions and make every attempt to attend all scheduled sessions during the course of therapy. If a session must be missed, I offer opportunities for rescheduling. 

❋ Insurance

I am not in-network with any insurance providers. I am happy to create a monthly superbill for you to submit for reimbursement with your insurance provider. 

I also partner with Thrizer to help you get out of network reimbursement if you are eligible.

❋ A Supportive Space

I currently offer appointments in Longmont nestled in cozy suite with a small private office or a larger space for movement or other forms of expression.

Telehealth options also available to Colorado residents.

Because true healing requires us to get out of our heads and back into our bodies, my practice is located in a grounded, somatic sanctuary (shared with a yoga space). Here, we leave our shoes at the door, slow down our nervous systems, and do the real, unvarnished work of integration from a place of absolute physical comfort.
