Welcome

A smiling woman with multicolored hair standing outdoors in front of flowering bushes covered in snow.

Growing up feeling weird and misunderstood by the people around you may push anyone to go to extreme lengths to cope. You may have turned to isolation, people-pleasing, or other behaviors just to manage the stress. Today, you might feel a painful incongruence between who you think the world wants you to be and your true, authentic (wonderfully weird) self.

If you feel ready—even just a little bit—to face the parts of you that feel scariest, I’m ready to join you. I believe our shadows can provide our greatest wisdom if we explore them with courage and compassion. I believe in your innate strength, and I will provide a space where we can explore hard things together.

My approach is grounded in self-empowerment and taking action to align your life with your values. With nearly a decade of experience in psychiatric crisis, I am deeply welcoming of folks who have been told they are “too much,” have a history of major mental illness, or identify as “offbeat” in this world.

Here is how we work together:

  • Mindfulness & Body Connection: I help you gently connect with your breath and body through meditation and qigong.

  • Goal Setting: We use collaborative, action-based planning to help you clarify your values.

  • Coping Tools: You will learn how to handle adversity when it hits and gain confidence in your own strength, including advocating for your needs.

Who I Help
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent, offbeat, eccentric, and deeply feeling individuals who are navigating:

  • Feeling stuck or experiencing major life transitions such as divorce or behavioral addictions

  • Workplace stress & burnout

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Grief, Loss, & Trauma

Recognizing our own patterns can be hard, but it is incredibly rewarding. I am here to provide a safe space where we can explore those hard things together.

Have out Of Network Benefits?

While I do not bill insurance directly, your plan may include out-of-network benefits that can cover a significant portion of our session costs. To make this process seamless, I’ve partnered with Thrizer, an insurance billing platform.

When you use Thrizer, you gain access to:

  • Instant Benefit Checks: Find out exactly what your insurance will reimburse before your first session.

  • Automated Claims: Claims are filed automatically the moment you pay for a session.

  • Reduced Upfront Costs: Once you've met your deductible, Thrizer allows you to pay just your co-insurance rather than waiting weeks for reimbursement.

You can easily verify your out-of-network benefits through my customized Thrizer OON Calculator or by signing up directly on the Thrizer website.

Superbills also available upon request.
